Tamara received her Bachelor of Education and Masters of Business Administration from the University of Toledo. She has over 18 years of experience training in computer applications and has received certification as a Microsoft Office Specialist Master Instructor and is a Microsoft Certified Application Specialist, an IC3 Authorized Instructor and is i-Safe and ICDL certified.
