I'm a Software Engineer turned business owner, and I've built my online presence using all my technology skills. I've also got a lot of passion for health and wellness, and women in technology. I've come to online business, social media, and internet marketing in a roundabout way but everything fits in a nice package now.

I am an artist, I'm also a geek who believes that well written code is aesthetically beautiful and restful to look at. I am currently fascinated by the intersection of creativity, code, art, analysis and design.

My journey to being a geek is full of mis-steps, diversions and serendipity. Over the past 15 years I have been paid to:
- type paragraphs of ancient greek text using a re-mapped UK keyboard
- take apart and clean a commercial printing machine
- learn to touch type on an electronic typewriter

Jemimah is the developer of the Puppeee Linux distribution, a flavor of Puppy Linux designed for netbooks. Puppeee sports a lightweight netbook kernel, custom network manager, custom power management, and a lot of other stuff she's personally scripted, compiled, created, or patched.

Jemimah is an active participant and developer in the Puppy Linux community as well. Puppy is a very small, very unique, user friendly, Linux distribution designed to run on old and underpowered hardware.

Jemimah would enjoy opportunities to talk about Puppeee or Puppy.
