Carol is a technology training consultant specializing in older adults and technology. She worked at the North County Regional Library, part of the Palm Beach County Library System, in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, for 8 years developing training programs and teaching older adults to use computers. She initiated development of the Mousing Around online tutorial (http://www.pbclibrary.org/mousing).
She has been a member of the editorial committee for the online Code4Lib Journal since its inception in 2007.
She frequently speaks on technology topics to librarians, computer user groups, and professional groups. She also speaks and writes about the unique intersection of technology and aging.
