Henny is a Web Evangelist for Opera Software focusing on web standards, the mobile web and emerging technologies such as HTML5 and SVG.

She has particular expertise in accessibility and brings this to play in all her work. She is an experienced speaker and regularly presents at events such as South by South West, MoMo Monday, Techshare, the European Accessibility Forum and CSUN/

She is a member of the Web Accessibility Initiative User Agent Accessibility Guidelines working Group and is co-lead of the Web Standards Project International Liaison Working Group. Henny also runs Standards.Next together with Bruce Lawson.
