Jennifer, is CEO of Social Thought Matters. We create online communities around Thought Leaders. Jennifer has over 25 years of systems thinking experience, specifically in process design, collaboration technology, social media strategy, design and technology, community design and development and large scale technology driven transformation. Prior to co-founding Social Thought Matters she was, CEO of BizThink and VP of Process Design and Mobilization for Transformational Investing’s Wholesale Delivery Solutions group. Jennifer founded and ran Emergent, a process mobilization consulting company with offices in San Francisco and Dublin. Emergent’s clients included Wells Fargo Bank, Union Bank of California, Newbridge Networks, UB Networks and NEC electronics. Jennifer is a published author, presenter, and committed change management leader. She has over fifteen years of Vice President and C-level interaction with multiple national global 1,000 companies, implementing human processes and leading positive and sustainable change. Jennifer has worked for Booz.Allen and Hamilton, Gartner, Accenture and Business Design Associates in North America, Canada, Europe and South America for such clients as IBM, AgipPetroli, Codelco and TransAlta. Jennifer has a Masters in Engineering from Imperial College, University of London.
